So us Californian's voted for chickens to have bigger cages and junk. Why is it still legal for adults to smoke in the car with a child? I think every smoker knows the risks of smoking, why in the world would you intentionally harm a child? I just don't understand this!

I was on my way to pick up Donovan's mom to go out to dinner and there was a man in the drivers seat...smoking. A woman in the passenger seat smoking and a grandma in the back smoking. A little girl sitting next to grandma, behind mom and dad breathing it all in. I was absolutely disgusted. I wanted to scream at them but I wouldn't want my kids to see me do that.

What can we do to put this on the ballots?!
