I went to Best Buy where I purchased my macbook and purchased an extended warranty and they ordered it and then told me it was backordered. I ordered it on Wednesday and started using Donovan;s computer since he was in NM for the week. I decided to go to the Apple store today to see what they could do and they replaced it on the spot! Apple ROCKS!
